Hillmotts have been going since 2009 and achieved some incredible results for its' clients who have attended one of our weight loss boot camp packages. The exercise boot camp that is offered at Hillmotts is second to none, we aim to give the client exactly what they need by providing support and guidance to every single person on an individual basis, even when it is a group based programme.

We run every single week of the year giving you the greatest choice of any fitness camp in the UK.

Our staff are truly passionate about each individual guest and ensuring that they get the right results for them. Everyone is looking at a different goal, some are there purely to achieve weight loss as you might expect on a weight loss boot camp, whilst others are there simply to improve their fitness levels so treat it more like an exercise boot camp. Whatever your aim we can cater for all levels and abilities. Our packages are not individually tailored to each client as they are group based sessions however where possible we do try to customise it slightly to the group that attends the weight loss boot camp that week. If the group are more exercise focused and are there mainly to improve fitness levels as they already have a good basic level then we can tailor it to be more of an intense exercise boot camp. Whereas if the majority are there to lose weight that week and are not so fit then it can be altered to be slightly less intense but very much weight loss driven.

The good thing about our camps is that whatever level of fitness or whatever your goal we can always try to adapt to suit. It is a group session but we can give individuals easier or harder versions of most exercises so in that sense you can work as hard as you are capable of doing and get the most from your time with us without worrying about the other guests and what they are doing.

If you don’t feel the fitness break is quite hitting the spot for you then please do tell our friendly staff who are always more than happy to help and will try to ensure that they change elements of the boot camp to more keenly fit in with what you are there to achieve.
