Nutritional Discussions

We try to make the meals at Hillmotts Boot Camps simple, easy to prepare, tasty and healthy. We do this so that you can see how easy it is to prepare simple, clean food that’s still nutritious and tasty, for this reason we offer you each and every recipe for all the food consumed during your stay with us in our aftercare pack (coming in February/March 2017 our aftercare packs will be available to purchase giving you that extra support including training plans, nutritional information and a 7 day menu (current menu).

During your stay you will be encouraged to actively take part in nutritional discussions. These are very educational and normally lead to many questions you have always wanted to know relating to diet and nutrition but have never actually found the answer to. We aim to use these sessions to provide you with a detailed insight into how small changes can make a big difference.

All the recipes and meals have been put together by our fitness team who have vast experience of preparing and cooking with a clean, healthy edge for dietary requirements.

Unlike most Boot Camps you won't be starved to achieve your weight loss goals, nor will you be bored by the same bland meals every day (the fitness team eat the same meals as our guests). We'll give you all the tools you need in order to continue eating a healthy well balanced diet at home after you leave the retreat. Our goal is to help you make lifestyle changes for long term success whatever your goals maybe. All the meals are well balanced and nutritious, providing you with the correct nutrients you need for your intensive exercise programme and kick starting your change to a healthier way of eating.
