well here i am after 14 days of resident fitness training and weightloss and ive lost 11lbs of pure fat! And it would of been 1 stone but wasnt because of 2 days lost to the blisters! The early days of pain were so worth it, ive gone from zero fitness and not being able to do even one sit up to doing 60+ sit ups in an hour between other exercises! Just the absolute kick start i needed and goodbye to starvation dieting! This was all achieved with healthy, filling, nutritious food so i never felt hungry or got headaches! A real education for me on permanent proper weight loss without starvation and getting fit! Wish i could take Cleo home with me as ill miss our walks and jokes! Well done Cleo and a huge thank you! Plus a huge thank you to all the Hillmotts team. Lovely, charming + dedicated.
