Reiki I
The Usui method of hands on healing. A two day certified course introducing the student to the principles of Reiki. There are 4 attunements after which the student is able to channel Universal Life Force.

Reiki II
For those who have been attuned to Level I at least 3 months prior, this 2 day course is for anyone who wishes to use Reiki at a deeper level. Level II includes 2 attunements, introduces the Reiki symbols and their use, distance healing and how to set up in practice.
Reiki III - Master Practitioner
This Third Degree follows Reiki levels One and Two. The Master attunement is given and at this level the deeper, spiritual aspect of Reiki is explored. Taught on a one-to-one basis as and when the student is ready to take this step.
Reiki V - Master Teacher
Available only to Master Practitioners, instruction is given in all aspects of becoming a Reiki teacher such as giving attunements and running courses. This process takes time and dedication; commitment and responsibility are needed at this level. This is taught on a one-to-one basis as and when the student is ready.
Meditation
Learning techniques to calm the mind, release worries, understand and explore your chakra system and aspects of yourself, connect to your inner guidance and spiritual self promoting a sense of inner peace and well-being. Daily practise of Meditation can improve concentration, boost brain power and delay ageing.
Yoga
Unwind with a relaxing session of Yoga, deep stretches combined with controlled breathing which can boost immunity, improve flexibility and tone muscles. To finish the session drift off into a peaceful Meditation guided by your teacher.
Animal Magic, The Elemental Kingdom & Unicorns, Introduction to Angels and Archangels
In these workshops you will connect with your spirit guides revealing a new understanding and awareness of yourself. The Elementals are the masters of manifestation and can enable you to connect with your inner child awakening the laughter and magic in your life. The Angel workshops will introduce you to Angels and Archangels; gaining knowledge of how they can help and guide you on your life path.

This is a thorough course covering all the basic baby massage techniques. The gentle movements can encourage deepened breathing which in turn aids relaxation and promotes a calming mood in your baby. The baby’s ability to absorb oxygen into the blood will improve, helping the baby’s immune system to fight off infection and stimulate healthy cell growth. Baby massage is a great way for fathers to get involved, creating a break from being at home and allowing you to enjoy your baby.
