Enjoy a fitness holiday of a lifetime here at Hillmotts Fitness Camp! We aim to offer fitness holidays for all levels and abilities, we accept males and females on the same camp. We even accept children over 14 if accompanied by an adult and if capable of exercising for up to 7 hours a day. We can offer short fitness holidays of 3 days over a fitness weekend or we can offer stays of up to 6 weeks.
We have two beautiful locations to enjoy your fitness weekends or weeks. Both the Peak District location and the Cotswolds location are equally attractive rural settings in which to enjoy some much needed time away to focus on getting your health and body kick-started back into a fitness routine!
We will help you get back a body to be proud of on our fitness camp, you will come away feeling refreshed and motivated with a new desire to live a healthier lifestyle and a new drive to continue and keep it up long after you attended your fitness holiday week long camp or your fitness weekend with us.
You can pick between a variety of room options, single, twin, triple or quad rooms are available. An array of different exercise classes are also on offer. These include kettlebells, body weight sessions, HITT training, relaxation stretch sessions (yoga inspired), hiking, core classes, boxing, legs and abs classes along with many others. We have an indoor studio for when the weather is not at its' best or if the sun is shining then you will be outside in the beautiful countryside enjoying the fresh air.
