N.B This schedule applies to everyone. So if you are here for 3, 4 or 6 days this gives you an example of what you might be doing.
There are up to 3 personal trainers so you always have the option of a very intensive session or a more sedate session depending on ability. Please always ask the instructors if you would like to be pushed more or equally if you want to take it easier. Remember, we are here for you!
